Remote Staff Data Scientist

Description:

• The Staff Data Scientist will lead the development of machine learning systems to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency in claims handling.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Spark).
• Experience deploying production ML systems and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Experience building decision systems or automation platforms.
