Description:

  • Join Tilt as a Staff Data Scientist to enhance credit modeling and risk analytics for Cashalo in the Philippines.
  • Build and refine underwriting models and collaborate with a growing team to predict loss performance and leverage alternative data sources.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in predictive modeling, preferably in credit risk or actuarial settings.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, LightGBM, XGBoost).
  • Experience in building models from scratch and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth, ambiguous environments with lean teams.
