Description:

  • The Staff Data Scientist will work on the Quora product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, design experiments, and influence product strategy.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in an analytical role, with 5+ years as a Data Scientist or similar, demonstrating senior-level success.
  • Expertise in statistical techniques and experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to translate business needs into analytical questions and explain results to stakeholders.
  • Availability during Quora's coordination hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time).
