The Staff DevOps Engineer will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling cloud infrastructure and developer-focused platform tools.
The role involves improving workflows, building features for internal platforms, leading cross-team projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
The engineer will also participate in on-call rotations and support channels.
Requirements:
Candidates must thrive on cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with teammates, engineers, product teams, and external stakeholders.
A minimum of 6 years of experience as a senior or staff DevOps engineer and/or SRE, managing production cloud infrastructure at scale is required.
Deep experience managing Kubernetes in production environments, including building custom operators and scaling clusters is essential.
Proficiency with API gateways such as Kong and Traefik, and Kubernetes configuration management tools like Helm and Kustomize is preferred.
Demonstrable experience in writing applications or utilities with Go, including building JSON APIs/web servers is necessary.
A passion for Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or OpenTofu, and experience with automation platforms is required.
Expertise with observability tooling and a strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices is needed.
Experience with automating continuous cloud deployments using tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD is required.
Prior experience with blockchain infrastructure is a plus, but not mandatory.
