Requirements:

  • Candidates must thrive on cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with teammates, engineers, product teams, and external stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a senior or staff DevOps engineer and/or SRE, managing production cloud infrastructure at scale is required.
  • Deep experience managing Kubernetes in production environments, including building custom operators and scaling clusters is essential.
  • Proficiency with API gateways such as Kong and Traefik, and Kubernetes configuration management tools like Helm and Kustomize is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in writing applications or utilities with Go, including building JSON APIs/web servers is necessary.
  • A passion for Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or OpenTofu, and experience with automation platforms is required.
  • Expertise with observability tooling and a strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices is needed.
  • Experience with automating continuous cloud deployments using tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD is required.
  • Prior experience with blockchain infrastructure is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Candidates should demonstrate relentless curiosity and a commitment to investigating problems and driving improvements.
