Description:

Seeking an experienced Staff DevOps Engineer for a hybrid role to architect, scale, and automate cloud infrastructure, focusing on infrastructure security.
Act as a tech lead, integrating AI into DevOps operations to enhance automation and delivery.

Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
Deep expertise in AWS and strong knowledge of GCP.
Experience with SLO/SLI definition, incident response, and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
Proficient in GitLab CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and MLOps.
Proven experience in cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC-2).
Excellent communication skills in English (B2+).

Salary range: $340,000-$390,000 BRL (Brazil), $237,074,926.00 - $269,403,325.00 COP (Colombia), $60,825,569.00- $69,119,965.00 CLP (Chile), $95,353,537.00- $108,356,292.00 ARS (Argentina).
