The Staff Engineer will work in the newly established Go-To-Market (GTM) area, overseeing the entire funnel for Acquisition, Engagement, and Upselling/Cross-Selling for doctors and clinics.
GTM is organized into three groups: Integrations, Patient Flywheel, and Product-Led Growth (PLG), which collaborate closely to enhance customer experience.
The role involves leading impactful and complex cross-group and cross-area technical initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions and operational standards.
The Staff Engineer will partner with Engineering Managers and UX counterparts to shape the direction of the area and the company.
The position reports directly to the Engineering Director and emphasizes continuous improvement and open feedback.
The tech stack includes .Net, PHP, and Vue/ReactNative, running on Kubernetes in AWS, although expertise in these technologies is not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and experience in influencing technical decisions are essential for supporting the teams.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a solid technical background related to the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and be able to support and unblock engineering teams in complex technical discussions.
A lean, proactive, and positive mindset towards software development is necessary, balancing impact with long-term sustainable development and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong experience in backend development with a holistic understanding of full-stack systems is required.
Experience in cross-team initiatives and creating buy-in for technical initiatives is essential.
