Description:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in agentic development with a strong track record of shipping impactful engineering work in production.
  • Fluency in AI applications, with the ability to critically assess AI outputs and build systems that ensure quality.
  • Strong teaching and mentoring skills to elevate team capabilities and practices.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar technology stacks is a plus.
