Description:

Staff Frontend Engineer position at CivilGrid, a SaaS construction tech company in Boston, MA.
Opportunity to work on a collaborative SaaS mapping platform that aggregates utility and geospatial data for engineers and developers.

Requirements:

6 years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, particularly with React and Node.js.
Experience building for non-traditional surfaces (canvas, maps, 3D visualizer).
Familiarity with geospatial frameworks (Mapbox, Leaflet) is a plus.
Autonomous, fast-moving, and initiative-driven.
Experience with complex B2B products.
Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus: Degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or related field (B.S. or M.S.).
