The role involves designing and developing intuitive, inclusive, and accessible tools that function seamlessly across desktop and mobile web platforms.
Responsibilities include translating product requirements and designs into high-quality, working software, integrating AI and LLM use cases, and maintaining design standards for a consistent user experience.
The engineer will collaborate with a lean, agile team and report directly to the CTO, contributing to strategic decisions regarding the technology stack.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong JavaScript skills, experience in React.js, and knowledge of API best practices.
Excellent CSS/SCSS skills are required for creating accurate, responsive designs.
A proven track record with 10+ years of relevant full-time work experience, ideally in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment, is necessary.
An active interest and experience in using AI, LLMs, and automation of tasks through AI is essential.
Experience in building design systems using component architecture is required.
Candidates should possess advanced technical and analytical skills to diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment are necessary.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively to iteratively solve problems in real-time is required.
