Description:
- Join the Personalization team to enhance music and podcast recommendations for Spotify users.
- As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, shape personalized discovery and engagement through recommendation systems and machine learning infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
- Proficient in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch.
- Experience with recommendation systems, large language model training, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to design and interpret online experiments and A/B tests.
- Familiarity with distributed machine learning workloads and data pipeline technologies.
