Requirements:

• 8+ years of ML engineering experience, with 4+ years in production models impacting business decisions.
• Proven ability to own modeling architecture and transition models from prototype to production, including monitoring and retraining.
• Strong understanding of modeling tradeoffs and experience establishing ML processes for team scalability.
• Excellent communication skills to convey model behavior and business impact to non-ML stakeholders.
