  • The Staff Machine Learning Engineer will experiment with emerging AI technologies and translate them into usable capabilities for educators.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems in production, with recent experience in generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • A strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model fine-tuning, and evaluation methodologies is required.
  • Experience in building production AI systems is essential, including knowledge of latency, cost optimization, and evaluation challenges.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace is necessary.
  • Candidates should thrive in high-agency, collaborative cultures and possess excellent communication skills suitable for a remote-first work environment.
