Requirements:

8+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models in large-scale environments.
Proven track record in architecting and shipping end-to-end ML solutions.
Expertise in Recommendation Systems, Personalization, Ranking & Retrieval, or Interaction Prediction.
Strong software engineering skills with experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience in technical leadership and mentorship across teams.
Background in statistical modeling and A/B testing methodology.
