Remote Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Description:

• Join Tilt as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on the ML Platform that supports credit decisions for millions of customers.
• Own the layer between data science and infrastructure, managing the feature store and building training and deployment platforms for data scientists.

Requirements:

• Deep experience as a platform or software engineer in ML, with a history of supporting multiple models in production.
• Familiarity with feature stores and deployment platforms (e.g., Databricks, Feast).
• Strong CI/CD knowledge for ML, cloud expertise in AWS or Azure, and experience with Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, gather requirements, and drive projects to completion.
• Technical depth in model development and algorithms, with familiarity in PySpark and monitoring tools.
