Description:

• Join Burq as a Staff ML/OR Engineer to define and build intelligence for Dispatch OS, focusing on ML-assisted dispatch decisions.
• Set technical direction for pricing, selection, forecasting, and routing of deliveries, impacting revenue and delivery reliability.

Requirements:

• 9+ years in applied ML or ML engineering, with experience at senior or staff level and models in production.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and shaping product architecture with significant business impact.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and hands-on experience with optimization problems and time-series forecasting.
• Experience deploying LLM-based systems and owning end-to-end ML pipelines.
