Remote Staff ML Engineer

Description:

• Join Docker as a Staff ML Engineer on the Intelligence team, focusing on building intelligence-driven product capabilities.
• Shape technical direction, ship initial intelligence capabilities, and establish foundational infrastructure for the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of applied ML/AI expertise with a history of shipping production systems, especially in fraud, safety, or security domains.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building and owning ML systems, including data pipelines and model serving.
• Familiarity with LLM-based systems and the agent/MCP ecosystem.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
