Description:

  • Join Rad AI as a Staff Machine Learning Research Scientist to drive applied research in NLP and clinical AI.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product leaders to translate research into production-scale systems that enhance healthcare outcomes.

Requirements:

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computational Linguistics, Biomedical Informatics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of applied ML research experience, with depth in LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or multimodal modeling.
  • Proven ability to take models to production and strong experimental rigor.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch and modern ML ops tools.
