  • Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL and managed database systems is essential.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer environments is necessary.
  • Candidates should be pragmatic about tooling, automation, and systems trade-offs.
  • Bonus points for experience with Django, Redis, Postgres, and sharding/replication patterns.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives are important.
