Description:

  • Establish a central pool of requirements management tools to ensure development excellence and quality.
  • Collaborate with software development teams using Polarion, 3DS, R4J, and Jama tools to provide business value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, 3DS, Jama, etc.) and their administration.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies for tool extension.
  • Knowledge of aSPICE, ISO 26262, TISAX, or similar standards is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
