Description:

Establish a central pool of requirements management tools to ensure development excellence and quality.
Collaborate with software development teams using Polarion, 3DS, R4J, and Jama tools to provide business value.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Proven experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, 3DS, Jama, etc.) and their administration.
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies for tool extension.
Knowledge of aSPICE, ISO 26262, TISAX, or similar standards is advantageous.
Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and software development methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
