Remote Staff Software Engineer

Description:

• Join Advanced Agrilytics as a Staff Software Engineer to build and scale the platform.
• Contribute to technical direction, mentor team members, and solve complex problems across the stack.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong experience with Node.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with spatial data and GIS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, microservices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Active use of agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Proven collaborative skills and a passion for mentoring.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM APIs or AI features.
