Description:

• Join Hercules as a senior or staff level AI Context & Harness engineer to build the future of AI software development.
• Responsibilities include building and maintaining Hercules' AI coding agent and online/offline evaluations, while researching ways to enhance agent performance using extensive data resources.

Requirements:

• Strong software fundamentals: system design, architecture, data modeling, and API design.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and work effectively in monorepos.
• Proven track record of independently shipping features to customers.
• Expertise in context and harness engineering best practices, including summarization, prompting, and context management.
• Proficiency in core stack technologies: TypeScript, React, containers, Postgres, Redis, and Temporal.
• Experience in AI coding to significantly enhance workflow.
