Description:

  • Lead the AI Core team as a Staff AI Engineer, focusing on the architecture and development of the Compass agentic platform.
  • Set technical direction for LLM-powered features, design multi-agent systems, and ensure reliable agent operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, with recent work on production LLM-powered applications or agent systems.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with production APIs and backend services.
  • Proven technical leadership and ability to mentor engineers.
  • Experience with frameworks like Strands or LangChain and tools for evaluation and observability.
