Description:
- Lead the technical direction for AI Developer Tools at Docker, focusing on AI-powered tools and self-service platforms.
- Design and build AI agents to enhance developer productivity and automate operational tasks.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and AI-assisted developer tools.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, or Python, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineers.
