The company is building the largest AI-driven healthcare data platform to help payers make faster and more accurate decisions.
The role is for an experienced AI/ML engineer who will develop models for assessing appropriate care levels for patients.
The position is hybrid, based in San Francisco, requiring in-office work 2-3 times a week.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying ML models, developing LLM/NLU systems, building scalable data pipelines, establishing AI best practices, and collaborating with backend engineers.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
Significant experience with data pipelines and proficiency in Python and related data science/ML libraries is required.
Experience in developing LLM-based systems and integrating them with user-facing features is necessary.
A deep understanding of the limitations of LLMs and best practices for reliable outputs is essential.
Candidates should be customer-obsessed and motivated to impact the healthcare space.
A collaborative team player focused on delivering measurable results is preferred.
