Description:
- Join Nexthink as a Staff Software Engineer to build an AI-native automation platform for IT.
- Work on evolving the Flow product, focusing on dynamic workflow generation and orchestration for enterprise reliability.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with 3+ years in Staff or Principal roles.
- Strong expertise in Java (17+), Python, or Node.js, and experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Kubernetes) and API design.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of mentoring engineers.
- Experience integrating generative AI into product features.
