Remote Staff Software Engineer - AI-native automation

Description:

• Join Nexthink as a Staff Software Engineer to build an AI-native automation platform for IT.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with 3+ years in Staff or Principal-level roles.
• Strong expertise in Java (17+), large-scale distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Experience with generative AI in production and a strong product engineering background.
• Exceptional communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineers.
