Description:
- Join Amigo as a Staff Software Engineer to tackle complex technical challenges in AI infrastructure for healthcare.
- Set architectural standards and own ambiguous problems, shaping the engineering team's approach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex systems end-to-end.
- Deep expertise in at least one area (full-stack, backend, infrastructure, or data) with the ability to work across others.
- Ability to ensure systems perform reliably in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on simplification and direction.
- Low ego, direct communication style, and high personal standards.
- Willingness to work hybrid from San Francisco or fully remote.
