• As a Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of backend systems and infrastructure, focusing on high-volume, high-availability solutions for modern financial platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven backend engineering experience with distributed systems fundamentals is required.
• You must have direct ownership of paved path/service standards or major DevEx initiatives.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization for backend deployments is necessary.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi) is required.
• Strong code quality, testing, and observability practices are essential.
• Hands-on experience with Rust is mandatory.
• A demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms is required.
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with TypeScript, 1+ years in a blockchain-based product, experience with Kafka/Flink/Spark or other data streaming/storage platforms, service mesh exposure, and familiarity with crypto/web3.
