Requirements:

8+ years of experience in production software development in fast-paced environments.
Deep experience with Rails or Python monoliths, computer vision pipelines, and LLM/agent systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), PostgreSQL, and modern deployment practices.
Proven track record of leading architectural decisions during significant growth.
Recent experience writing and shipping production code.
Familiarity with SRE and DevOps practices.
