Remote Staff Software Engineer, Client Growth Team

Description:

• Join the Client Growth Engineering organization as a Staff Software Engineer, focusing on product platform architecture and growth initiatives.
• Report directly to the Director Engineer, Client Growth, and engage in hands-on coding to prototype and deploy new ideas.
• Design architectural patterns to ensure high availability and fault tolerance of the product, while integrating new technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers to align system design with business requirements and maintain thorough documentation on system architecture.
• Rapidly iterate on prototypes using user feedback and analytics to refine user experience in collaboration with design and product teams.
• Develop scalable solutions and lead proof-of-concept projects that showcase growth opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition of prototypes into production-ready code.
• Implement features aimed at fostering growth, analyze user behavior data for product improvements, and work with marketing and sales to embed growth strategies.
• Streamline user onboarding processes to boost conversions and monitor growth tactics for effectiveness, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on product development objectives and communicate technical constraints to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers on best coding practices, drive technical discussions, and enforce engineering standards throughout the product development cycle.
• Analyze and enhance code efficiency to boost system performance, conducting rigorous code reviews to meet performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development in a growth-focused role is necessary.
• Proficiency in architectural pattern design for high availability and fault tolerance is essential.
• Ability to assess the technical feasibility of proposed growth initiatives is required.
