Description:

  • Join Addepar's Applied AI team to develop AI capabilities for investment professionals.
  • Work closely with strategic clients to identify and build AI solutions from scratch.
  • Set technical direction for AI engineering, including agent architecture and evaluation methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in Python.
  • Experience with AI/LLM systems in production and designing technical systems for scalability.
  • Strong judgment in high-stakes environments and ability to lead without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients or stakeholders.

Benefits:
