Remote Staff Software Engineer, Docker AI Substrate (Seattle or Palo Alto)

Description:

• Join Docker's AI Substrate team as a Staff Software Engineer to shape architecture and build core systems for enterprise customers.
• Design and operate Docker's agentic platform using Go and Kubernetes, ensuring security and reliability across environments.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in infrastructure, platform, or cloud services.
• Proficiency in Go and experience with Kubernetes, including writing controllers or operators.
• Experience with cloud control and management planes, production ownership, and distributed systems design.
• Strong understanding of at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with networking, identity, and managed services.
