As a Staff Engineer on the Product Engineering team, you will lead the design and delivery of high-impact features.

This role involves hands-on leadership, including architecting solutions, writing code, mentoring engineers, and shaping technical strategy.
Responsibilities include designing and building features that impact customer experience, setting technical standards, partnering with product and design, removing blockers, mentoring engineers, and introducing new tools and frameworks.
Requirements:
You must have 8+ years of experience building user-facing applications, with at least 3 years at the Staff or Principal level.
Deep expertise in modern full stack JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js + React) and relational databases (PostgreSQL) is required.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality features at scale and improving team velocity is essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You should be skilled in performance optimization, maintainability, and security best practices.
Demonstrated ability to accelerate teams through technical improvements and experience mentoring engineers is expected.
Hands-on experience delivering complex features from concept to production is required.
You must be a pragmatic decision maker who can balance innovation with stability and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
