8+ years of experience in application development.
Extensive experience with Typescript and familiarity with frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Mongo) technologies.
Proven track record in product-focused startups or technology companies.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with positive feedback from cross-functional teams.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to risk management.

Estimated starting base salary range of $220K-$240K, plus pre-IPO equity.
