Description:

Staff Software Engineer focused on Identity and Access at Patreon, a platform for creators.
Role involves technical leadership on identity and access projects, including user authentication and account security.
Available as hybrid (2 days in office) in New York or San Francisco, or fully remote in other locations.

Requirements:

6+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience with Python or similar languages.
Experience designing and building identity or authentication systems.
Familiarity with security and privacy concerns related to identity data.
Comfortable with data storage techniques and data modeling.
Experience with consumer-facing features emphasizing quality and user experience.
Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
