Description:

  • Wisdom is a dental technology company focused on improving the efficiency of dental practices through advanced technology and expert billing services.
  • The Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure will set the technical direction for reliability, manage deploy pipelines, observability, and failure-handling systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience running production systems with a focus on reliability.
  • Deep experience with AWS (or GCP), infrastructure as code (Terraform), containers (ECS/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
  • Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript and hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
  • Proven ability to operate at scale under pressure and establish reliability practices.
