Description:

  • Owner is an AI-native system designed to help local business owners, starting with restaurants, by integrating various operational tools into one platform.
  • The Staff Software Engineer will focus on the Orders Platform, ensuring reliability and efficiency in order handling, even during outages.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with event sourcing, CRDTs, and building correctness-critical distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical direction while remaining hands-on with code.
  • Preferred experience in payments and ordering backend systems, and customer-facing roles in restaurants or retail.
