Description:

  • Lead the technical direction for mobile development and patient-facing apps at Pomelo Care.
  • Rapidly prototype and ship features to enhance patient engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to create meaningful features based on patient needs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for patient-facing products.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in building consumer or patient-facing products (mobile/web).
  • Experience as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring engineers.
  • Strong opinions on building great user experiences and comfortable with full-stack development.
  • Familiarity with trends in LLM coding agents and collaboration with product/design teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with React Native, healthcare products, engagement/retention flows, and AI/ML systems.
