Description:
- SmithRx is a rapidly growing Health-Tech company focused on transforming the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector.
- The Staff Software Engineer will be involved in the entire engineering lifecycle, advocating for best practices and leading projects.
Requirements:
- BS or advanced degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 8-12 years of software development experience, particularly with server-side applications and API servers.
- Expertise in a compiled language (Go, Java, or Kotlin) and proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Experience with scalable API design, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work independently.
