Description:

  • Seeking a Staff Software Engineer with a product owner mindset who can ship like an engineer.
  • Responsible for owning ambiguous problems from initial framing to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading complex work across teams and delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Strong backend engineering skills with the ability to make end-to-end technical decisions.
  • Ability to influence peers and align teams without formal authority.
  • Experience using metrics and AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
