Requirements:

• You must have 8+ years of experience in building and shipping software, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
• Fluency in Python and/or JavaScript (React) is required, along with a willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Expertise in databases, APIs, and designing systems for scale and performance is essential.
• You should have an instinct for creating elegant and effective systems and code.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.

• The typical base pay range for this role is $170,000/year - $250,000/year, plus bonuses and equity. For Colorado, the range is $180,000 - $220,000.
