Remote Staff Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH) to support Firefox Enterprise growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Focus on helping enterprises evaluate, validate, and deploy Firefox Enterprise in secure, complex, and regulated environments.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, particularly in public sector, financial services, or KRITIS operators.
• Strong background in enterprise security, endpoint management, browser security, Zero Trust, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows enterprise deployment, GPO/MDM/policy management, certificates/PKI/TLS/proxies, SSO/MFA/IdP integrations, SIEM/DLP/CASB ecosystems, and Kubernetes/Helm.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and senior customer stakeholders in English and native-level fluency in German.
