• Performance optimization is required by monitoring and optimizing system performance, scalability, and resource utilization.

• Database infrastructure must be optimized and scaled to handle terabytes of blockchain data efficiently.
• Continuous improvement of system uptime, monitoring, and observability using tools like Datadog and OpenTelemetry is essential.
• Collaboration with backend and product teams is necessary to support feature development and system scaling.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or Software Engineer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) in production environments is required.
• Proficiency with AWS infrastructure and services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM, is necessary.
• Solid experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi is essential.
• Monitoring and observability experience using tools like Datadog or OpenTelemetry is required.
