Description:

  • IBMC is currently hiring a System Administrator for one of our sister companies operating in the SaaS industry.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing systems, supporting internal teams, and continuously improving workflows through technology.
  • As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our internal tools and systems, while supporting a growing, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Maintenance

    • Administer, configure, and maintain internal tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, Tability, Google Workspace, SignNow, Fireflies, Metabase, and Triple Whale.
    • Manage user accounts, roles, access permissions, and security policies across all systems.
    • Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability by proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including tool access and system setup.
  • Technical Support & Collaboration

    • Provide technical support to internal teams, including troubleshooting access, configuration, and usage issues.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, integrations, and tool adoption.
    • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices in Confluence.
  • Monitoring & Compliance

    • Monitor system usage, security alerts, and compliance with internal IT policies.
    • Assist with system audits, upgrades, and evaluations.
    • Manage hosting and domain-related configurations, including Hostinger.
  • Process Improvement & Automation

    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize system integrations.
    • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual operational tasks.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and provide guidance or training to team members when needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or in a similar role is required.
  • Hands-on experience managing ERP and SaaS tools is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace is essential.
  • A strong understanding of user access management, roles, and security best practices is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset are necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users, are essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple systems independently is required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with system integrations and automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards is beneficial.
  • Experience supporting remote-first or fast-growing teams is advantageous.
  • Experience with analytics or reporting tools such as Metabase and Triple Whale is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-signature tools (SignNow) and meeting intelligence tools (Fireflies) is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of hosting, domains, and server management (Hostinger is a plus) is advantageous.
