Remote System Engineer

• Seeking a Microsoft System Engineer for a large-scale Active Directory infrastructure redesign project.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in managing and designing Microsoft Active Directory in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Organizational Units (OU), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and permission models.
• Experience in redesigning large-scale Active Directory infrastructures.
• In-depth understanding of RBAC principles and Identity & Access Management.
• Ability to define standards and naming conventions in enterprise contexts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft best practices for security, administration, and governance of Active Directory.
• Strong analytical skills for existing architecture and solution definition.
• Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and structured approach.
• Good documentation skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams and project stakeholders.
