Description:

• Work as a System Engineer/IT Support/IT Security Support, bridging communication between clients and technology.
• Responsibilities include supporting the Security Operations Center, managing endpoint protection solutions, and providing technical support to clients.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructures; specific security knowledge will be provided during onboarding.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic Linux.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs) and virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English for technical documentation; driving license category B is advantageous.
