Remote System Engineer – Security Administration & Endpoint Management (QB - SE - 20260507)

Description:

• Responsible for operational security, managing endpoint protection, access controls, and incident response.
• Oversee the lifecycle of endpoint security, including deployment, compliance, and configuration.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Maintain software license compliance and governance of AI tools in use across the company.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in IT security, systems administration, or hybrid security operations role.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, Jamf).
• Familiarity with identity platforms (e.g., JumpCloud, Google Workspace).
• Comfortable working in both Mac and Windows environments.
• Strong operational instincts and clear communication skills.
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.
