Description:

The System and Network Administrator is responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple client environments.
This role involves providing technical expertise in system and network administration to ensure seamless operation and security of both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and a variety of firewall technologies.
A deep understanding of virtualization platforms, such as VMWare, is also required.
Experience working with remote access tools, monitoring platforms, and ticketing systems is necessary.
Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining client network infrastructures, managing server environments, supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure, implementing firewalls and VPN solutions, monitoring security protocols, providing technical support, administering VMWare environments, collaborating with teams, and monitoring system performance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator, with a proven track record of installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and data center technologies.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is required, providing frontline support and resolving issues via ticketing systems.
Certification in relevant areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, VCP) is necessary.
