Description:

  • Lead the Android Core Product team at Speechify, focusing on hands-on development and team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with team leadership.
  • Proficient in Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Android development best practices.
  • Experience with background audio and long-running background tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive team changes.
