Description:
- Lead the core product development for Speechify's Android app, the most used text-to-speech app in the Play Store.
- Engage in hands-on coding, code reviews, and feature ownership while improving team processes and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with team leadership or major project ownership.
- Proficient in Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Android development best practices.
- Experience with background audio and long-running background tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive process changes within the team.
